Do you ever have those weeks when you just lose track of what day it is?
I've had one this week - and that is my excuse for Mind Matters being a day late. The other 'reason' being 7 x 14 year old girls in the house for a chocolate party and sleep over. Somehow between the ton of chocolate truffles, home made pizza making and a Just Dance session that was, in my opinion, worthy of a Commonwealth event, writing a newsletter just didn't cut it! Last week I chose to prioritise things in a different way and some may even suggest, was self indulgent!
So this week's suggestion for you is short and sweet..... Be selfish!
Yep, you read right! But my interpretation of selfish is perhaps a little different to the commonly used one, so to hear if you - and others - could benefit from being selfish, read on here
